摘要
布迪厄的场域理论为我们研究青年教师的现实境遇提供了一个独特的视角。运用"场域"、"资本"、"惯习"等概念,我们发现,大学是一个有等级的科层场域,青年教师处于大学场域的底部和边缘,受到处于重要地位的人的支配。青年教师各项发展资本都比较薄弱,在场域的竞争中处于劣势。青年教师的发展需要加强自身资本的积累,需要大学组织的支持,也需要依赖于学术共同体的建设。
Sociologist Bourdieu' s field theory provides a unique angle for the study of young teachers reality, and its core concepts such as "field", "capital", "habitus", are used in this study. Universities are taken as a bureaucratized field with rigid hierarchization. Young teachers are isolated or scattered at the bottom and edge of the field, and governed by those people in important positions. The amount and structure of capital for young teachers are very weak, which put them at a competitive disadvantage. The development of young teachers requires capital accumulation, university support and academic community construction.
