地方综合性大学休闲体育专业实践平台建设研究

Research on practical platform construction of Leisure Sports major of local comprehensive universities

针对苏南地区休闲体育产业对人才培养的需求,常州大学搭建了由基础训练平台、专业实训平台、就业创业平台和校外实训平台组成的4层次休闲体育专业螺旋递进式实践教学平台体系,实现学生能力体系"基本技能—专业技能—就业创业技能—综合能力"的螺旋上升。同时,加强实践能力培养,还需要从改革应用型人才培养模式、建立以就业为导向实践教学体系和打造创新型师资队伍等3方面继续努力。

Aiming at the demand for talent training of the Sunan region leisure sports industry ,Changzhou University puts up the four levels practical teaching platform system .They are made up of the basic training platform ,the professional training platform ,the employment and entrepreneur platform ,and the off‐campus practical platform .With this system ,the aim of students’ ability increased can be achieved in an upward spiral .At the same time ,to strengthen the practice ability ,it should keep trying at three aspects ,such as the applied talents training mode reform , establishing practical teaching system and creating the innovative teachers team .
