Status quo of sustainable development and countermeasure of key laboratories of provincial colleges and universities

省级高校重点实验室可持续发展存在着后续经费不足、科研立项不公、实验室发展定位不准确等一系列问题,通过多方筹措资金、创造条件争取科研立项、实验室合理定位、拥有独立人事权和财务权、提高设备利用率等一系列对策,能够促使省级高校重点实验室可持续发展并壮大。

There are a series of problems existing in provincial key laboratories of colleges and universities , which include the lack of follow‐up funds , injustice in research projects and inaccuracy of laboratory development positioning ,etc .In order to promote the sustainable development of provincial key laboratories ,a series of counte measures should be taken as follows：seeking more fund financing channels ,creating chance to obtain project , taking a reasonable positioning , ow ning an independent personnel and financial rights , improving the utilization rate of equipment ,and so on .
