该文从3个方面探讨了解剖实验室的建设和发展。一是针对解剖实验室人才建设与发展的过程中存在的问题加以分析并探寻解决办法,提出人才建设是解剖实验室建设的核心;二是以新校区建设为契机,加快发展解剖实验室物质建设,提出物质建设是解剖实验室建设的基础;三是强调解剖实验室建设过程中文化建设的重要性,提出文化建设是解剖实验室建设的保障。

This article discusses the construction and development of the anatomy laboratory from three aspects .First ,aiming at the anatomical laboratory personnel construction and development process ,this article analyses the existing problems and explores the solutions ,and puts forward that the talent construction is the key for the construction of the anatomy laboratory .Second ,taking to build new campus as an opportunity to accelerate the development of anatomy laboratory material construction ,this article puts forward the material construction is the foundation of the anatomy laboratory construction .Third ,stressing the importance of the process of cultural construction in the anatomical laboratory construction ,this article puts forward that the cultural construction is the guarantee of the anatomy laboratory construction .
