摘要
目的:探讨伴有2型糖尿病的精神分裂症患者抗氧化酶与空腹血糖的关系。方法:收集精神分裂症伴2型糖尿病患者67例(受试组),健康对照组59例(正常对照组),两组性别、年龄的差异无统计学意义。检测空腹血糖(FBG)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH)水平,及空腹血糖(FBG)与过氧化氢酶(CAT)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH)的相关性。结果:1受试组空腹血糖(FBG)较正常对照组升高(t=18.92,P=0.000),受试组过氧化氢酶(CAT)较正常对照组降低(t=-3.54,P=0.000);受试组谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH)较正常对照组降低(t=-4.28,P=0.000);2Pearson相关分析表明,受试组过氧化氢酶(CAT)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH)与空腹血糖(FBG)存在负相关(r=-0.66,-0.74;P=0.000)。结论:精神分裂症伴2型糖尿病患者抗氧化酶降低,存在氧化应激;抗氧化酶的水平与空腹血糖存在负相关,氧化应激可能参与抗精神病药物引起糖代谢异常的中间机制。
Objective:To explore the relationship between antioxidant enzymes and fasting blood- glucose in schizophrenia patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods: Sixty - seven schizophrenia patients with type 2 diabetes were attributed to the experimental group, and fifty -nine healthy people examined in the outpatient service were assigned to the healthy control group. All the groups were tested for serum concen- trations of CAT,GSH and FBG. The laboratory results o f the patients were also compared with those of healthy controls. Resuits:① The experimental group had significantly higher concentration of FBG than the healthy control group ( t = 18.92, P = 0. 000 ) ; The experimental group had significantly lower concen- trations of CAT and GSH than the healthy control group ( t = 3.54,4.28 ; P 〈 0.01 ) ; ②The CAT was neg- atively associated with FBG( r = -0.66,P 〈 0.01 ) ;The CAT was negatively associated with FBG( r = -0.74 ,P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion:The concentrations of antioxidant enzymes decreases in schizophrenia pa- tients with type 2 diabetes, which shows the existence of oxidative stress;There are negative correlation a- mong the level of fasting blood glucose and CAT, GSH, which suggests that oxidative stress may be in- volved in the intermediate mechanism of antipsychotic and abnormal glucose metabolism.
