精神超脱在企业员工职业倦怠与离职倾向之间的调节作用 被引量:3

摘要 目的:研究企业员工精神超脱、职业倦怠和离职倾向三者之间的关系。方法:采用精神超脱量表、职业倦怠量表(MBI-GS)和离职倾向量表对327名企业员工进行施测。结果:1精神超脱程度与职业倦怠各维度和离职倾向之间呈显著负相关(r=-0.835,-0.387,-0.44,-0.314;P<0.05),离职倾向与职业倦怠各维度呈显著正相关(r=0.456,0.606,0.21;P<0.01);2精神超脱在职业倦怠和离职倾向之间调节作用显著(F=66.251;P<0.05)。结论:企业员工职业倦怠对离职倾向的作用受精神超脱程度的影响。 Objective:To explore the relationship among mental detachment,job burnout and turnover intention of employees. Methods : A survey of 327 employees from electric car manufacturers of Xinxiang was conducted and they were requested to complete three validated questionnaires. These questionnaires included Mental Detachment Scale, Job Burnout Scale and Turnover Intention scale. Results: ①Both turn- over intention and the three dimensions of job burnout were significantly related to mental detachment. Be- sides, turnover intention was significantly positively related to job burnout. detachment between job burnout and turnover works as regulatory effect at the orocess of iob ②Regulatory effects of mental intention was significant. Conclusion: Mental detachment works as regulatory effect at the process of job burnout convert to turnover intention.
