延安市大学生网络成瘾现状及心理健康分析 被引量:12

摘要 目的:了解延安市大学生网络成瘾的现状及对心理的影响,并为心理干预提供依据。方法:采用随机抽样方法抽取延安市大学生601名调查对象,采用Young网络成瘾量表,SCL-90量表,焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表调查评估。结果:延安市大学生网络成瘾率19.47%,非医学专业生和医学生没有差别;网络成瘾者SCL-90的各因子均分均高于正常使用网络者(t=2.133~6.942,P〈0.01),阳性检出率为13.79%~68.97%,均高于正常使用网络者(χ2=5.1~33.7,P〈0.05);网络成瘾者的SAS量表得分高出正常使用网络者近5分以上,焦虑阳性检出率高于正常使用网络者;网络成瘾者的SDS量表得分高于正常使用网络者,抑郁阳性检出率高于正常使用网络者。结论:网络成瘾者心理健康水平低于正常使用网络者。应丰富校园生活,加强大学生网络知识教育,促进他们身心健康和学业发展。 Objective :To understand the mental health status of university students with internet addi- tion disorder in Yan'An city and its influence on mental health, and provide basis for the psychological in- tervention. Methods:By random sampling,601 students in the Yan'an Universityc completed Young's In- ternet Addiction Test, SCL - 90, SAS and SDS. Results: The IAD rate of university students was 32.49%. All the average factorial scores were higher in SCL of IAD than in those of normal use (t = 2. 133 ~ 6. 942, P 〈 0.01 ). The positive detection rates was at the range of 13.79% -68.97% in IAD. All detec- tion rates were higher than those of normal use (X2 = 5.1 -33.7, P 〈 0.05 ) ;The scale scores were higher in SAS of IAD than the normal use of the network with nearly five points more, and all detection rates were higher than those of normal use. The same results were showed in SDS. Conclusion: The mental health level of IAD is lower than that of normal use. The campus life should be enriched,and the network education of university students should be strengthened, in order to promote the students/physical -mental health and academic development.
