医院心理咨询门诊青少年人格测验结果分析

Personality Survey Analysis of Teenagers in Hospital Psychological Counseling Outpatient Service

目的:探讨医院心理咨询门诊中青少年群体的心理特征,并了解其偏离一般群体的程度。方法:采用明尼苏达多项人格测验量表(MMPI)对心理咨询门诊中132名青少年进行测查,然后对测查数据进行统计学分析。结果:医院心理咨询门诊中男性青少年的:F、Hs、D、Hy、Pd、Pa、Pt、Sc、Ma原始分显著高于中国常模原始分(P<0.05);医院心理咨询门诊中女性青少年的:F、Hs、D、Hy、Pd、Pa、Pt、Sc、Ma原始分显著高于中国常模原始分(P<0.05)。各临床量表T分超过60分(中国常模)的个体所占总体的比例排在前3位的分别为Pt、Hy、Sc。两点编码类型主要表现在:78/87型(21.8%),28/82型(18.8%),25/52型(12%),58/85型(9.8%),型。Pd、Sc、Ma分量表都与预测的个人危险行为如自杀或自残、冲动伤人毁物、酗酒与药物滥用存在显著的相关。结论:医院心理咨询门诊中青少年存在着相当多的心理状态偏离和明显的心理问题,应进行合理的干预。

Objective：To explore the hospital outpatient psychological characteristics of teenagers in psychological counseling ,and investigate the degree of deviating from the general population. Methods： We investigated 132 teenagers by the Minnesota multiple personality inventory（MMPI） in hospital psycho- logical counseling outpatient service, and then the survey data was analyzed by statistical method. Re- suits. The original points of male in the factor of F, Hs, D, Hy, Pd, Pa, Pt, Sc, Ma were significantly higher than the norm of Chinese （P 〈 0.05 ） ; Female college students in the factor of F, Hs, D＇, Hy, Pd, Pa, Pt, Sc were significantly higher than the norm of Chinese original points （P 〈 0, 05 ）. The top three clinical scales which were more than 60 was Pt, Hy, Sc respectiv.ely. Two encoding types mainly displayed in：78/87 （21.8%） ,28/82 （ 18.8% ） ,25/52 （ 12% ） ,58/85 （9.8%）. Pd, Sc, Ma subscales could predict personal risk behavior, such as commit suicide or self- injury, impulse hurts destroyed, there was a significant rele- vant between alcoholism and drug abuse. Conclusion：There are quite a number of teenagers who deviate psychological state and have obvious psychological problems in hospital outpatient psychological counse- ling ;we should carry on the reasonable interventian
