On the Initiative Judicial Path in the Innovation of Social Order Management in Xinjiang

法律是治国之重器,法治是国家治理体系和治理能力的重要依托,能动司法是实现新疆边境地区社会治理的重要手段。领导干部要有意识地提高运用法治思维和法治方式的能力,建立健全防范监督错案工作机制。通过法律审判有效打击暴力恐怖犯罪,对重大疑难敏感问题加强对策研究;建立法院社会治理创新评估体系,以法治建设维护新疆社会公平正义。

Laws are the significant tools to govern a nation and ruling by law is the important guarantee to the nation＇s management system and abilities. The initiative judicature is an important means to carry out social management in Xinjiang, the frontier region in China. The leaders should improve their abilities to think in law and to do by law, set up the prevention mechanism of correcting wrong cases, strike the violent and terror crimes, strengthen countermeasure researches on important sensitive problems and build up the innovative evaluation system of social management in court so as to maintain social justice in Xinjiang by law construction.
