香炉山钨矿缓倾斜中厚矿体开采新方案 被引量:16

The New Mining Scheme of Gentle Dipping Medium-thick Orebody in Xianglushan Tungsten Ore

摘要 针对香炉山钨矿缓倾斜中厚矿体的开采难题,创造性提出上向水平分层充填法与浅孔留矿嗣后充填组合开采的新方案,采场下部采用上向水平分层充填采矿法,上部采用浅孔留矿空场嗣后充填采矿法,成功解决了缓倾斜中厚矿体采场矿石运搬难题,同时降低了采矿损失贫化指标和采切成本。实践表明,组合开采采场平均生产能力达182.5t/a,采矿损失贫化指标降低了3~4个百分点,采切比由原来的7.1m/kt降为3.64m/kt,既保证了回采安全性,又提高了企业经济效益。 According to the mining problems of gentle dipping medium-thick orebody in Xianglushan Tungsten Ore, the new mining scheme, was creatively proposed, which used upward horizontal cut and fill method in the bottom of stope, and the shallow-hole shrinkage mining with backfill in the upper of stope. The new method not only successfully solved the problems of ore haulage in gentle dipping medium-thick orebody, but also reduced the loss-dilution index and the mining cost. The practice showed that the average production capacity of combined stope was up to 182.5 t/d, the loss-dilution index was reduced 3 ~4 percentage point, and the picking and cutting ratio was decreased from 7.1 m/kt to 3.64 m/kt, which ensured the security of stope and improved the economic benefit of enterprise. words:
