摘要
我国有着丰富的菱镁矿资源。但由于长时间对镁资源的开采,导致优质菱镁矿不断减少,低品质镁矿越来越多。因而,开展对低品位菱镁矿的开发利用显得颇为重要。以新型药剂LKD为捕收剂,对辽宁海城某低品位菱镁矿进行浮选试验研究。在磨矿细度-0.074mm含量为74.60%、pH为5.5的条件下,以水玻璃和六偏磷酸钠为调整剂,LKD作捕收剂,经一粗二精三段浮选,最终获得MgO品位97.10%、产率为72.28%的精矿指标。
China has abundant resource of magnesite. However, the high-quality magnesite has been reduced because of long-term exploitation, and the low-grade magnesite has been growing. Therefore, it is quite important to research the development and utilization of low-grade magnesite. Taking the new agent LKD as a collector, flotation tests of a low-grade magnesite in Haicheng of Liaoning were studied. Under the grinding fineness of - 0.074 mm 74.60%, pH value of 5.5 and the regulator of water glass and calgon, a concentrate with MgO grade of 97.10% and productivity of 72.28% was obtained by the process of one roughing-two cleaning-three flotation.
