Application and Design of Roadway Supporting Based on Theoretical Calculation

摘要 针对某矿山层状岩层中开挖巷道的顶板冒落问题,在工程地质调查的基础上,采用力学理论计算巷道顶板的稳定性。根据巷道锚杆支护理论和工程实践经验,提出了支护方案。对拟定方案的支护效果进行了数值分析预测,现场实际支护效果观测证明,巷道顶板实际最大下降位移比预测结果小35mm,支护效果良好。 Aiming at the roof caving during roadway excavation in stratified rock of a mine, the stability of roadway roof was calculated by mechanics theory on the basis of engineering geological investigation. According to the bolt support theory and engineering practice, supporting schemes were proposed. The numerical analysis on the supporting effect of the deterrained scheme was conducted. The actual supporting effect showed that the maximum drop displacement of roadway roof was smaller than the predict result by 35 ram, with better supporting effect.
