Strategy and Practice of HDTV and SDTV Simulcasting Technology Management

厦门广电集团在高清播出系统投入使用之前,结合集团高清化建设的实际情况,特别考虑到目前高清、标清电视观众的收视特点,兼顾高清和标清的收视效果,确定了相对安全合理又独具特色的高标清同播时期幅型变换原则,以及相应的节目制作原则、高清节目记录格式等,形成了有利于安全播出又切实可行的高标清同播时期技术管理策略,并在实践中得到成功应用。

Before the application of high definition（HD） broadcasting system and considering the situation of the HD production and broadcasting system of Xiamen Media Group and the situation of viewers, Xiamen Media Group had formulated the strategy of HDTV and SDTV simulcasting technology management,which includes the principle of aspect ratio conversion and the principle of TV program production and record format. The strategy is favourable to good viewing experience and broadcasting safety and can be implemented easily.
