摘要 【目的】探讨夏蜡梅1年生实生苗的生长节律,为夏蜡梅高产栽培提供依据。【方法】以夏蜡梅蒴果播种后获得的1年生实生苗为材料,研究其种子萌发动态,建立幼苗苗高、地径的年生长模型,划分苗高、地径的生长阶段,并对幼苗各器官生物量积累、苗高、地径间的相关性进行分析。【结果】夏蜡梅春播发芽率约为63.0%,属于易萌发种子,但发芽持续时间较长。建立了夏蜡梅苗高、地径与生长时间的Logistic模型。夏蜡梅1年生实生苗的苗高生长划分为4个阶段:出苗期(03-15-05-14)、生长初期(05-15-06-01)、速生期(06-02-07-09)和生长后期(07-10-11-25);地径生长划分为3个阶段:出苗期(03-15-05-13)、速生期(05-14-10-08)和生长后期(10-09-11-25)。夏蜡梅1年生实生苗前期(速生期)生物量积累较快;苗期生长性状与生物量性状间具有较高的相关性。【结论】夏蜡梅1年生实生苗的年生长过程遵循Logistic曲线规律,可在苗高、地径速生期适当施肥,以促进苗木生长,提高苗木质量。 [Objective] The study investigated the growth of one-year seedlings from seeds of Sinocaly- canthus chinensis to provide basis for high-yield cultivation of Sinocalycanthus chinensis. [Method] Using obtained Sinocalycanthus chinensis seedlings one year after sowing as materials,the dynamics of seed ger- mination were studied and the annual growth models of height and ground diameter were created. The cor- relations between biomass accumulation of each organ, height and ground diameter were also analyzed. [Re- sult] The spring germination rate of Sinocalycanthus chinensis was about 63.0%, belonging to the adora- ble seeds, but germination period was long. The models of Sinocalycanthus chinensis seedling height, ground diameter and growth time were established. The height growth of seedlings could be divided into 4 stages,i, e. emergence phase (from 03-15 to 05-14), initiation phase (from 05-15 to 06-01), prosperous phase (from 06-02 to 07-09), and later phase of seedling (from 07-10 to 11-25). The ground diameter growth could be divided into 3 stages,i, e. emergence phase (from 03-15 to 05-13),prosperous phase (from 05-14 to 10-08) ,and later phase (from 10-09 to 11-25). The functional model of the biomass indicated that the biomass of Sinocalycanthus chinensis seedling increased rapidly at early stage,in consistent with the prosperous phase. Sinocalycanthus chinensis seedling growth related traits were highly related to biomasstraits. [Conclusion] Annual growth of Sinocalycanthus chinensis seedlings followed the Logistic curve. Ap- propriate fertilization in height or ground diameter prosperous phase would promote seedling growth and improve the quality of seedlings.
