摘要
在2014年春季(4月份)、夏季(7月份)、秋季(9月份),对宁夏沙湖8个采样点进行了采样调查。对沙湖浮游动物的种类组成、群落结构及物种的多样性进行了研究。调查中共鉴定出浮游动物31种,其中轮虫的种类最多,为13种,占总数的42%;桡足类为8种,占总数的26%;原生动物为7种;枝角类共鉴定出3种。在3次采样中,桡足类优势种最多,分别为英勇剑水蚤(Cyclops strenuuss)、广布中剑水蚤(Mesocyclops leuckarti)、无节幼体、透明温剑水蚤(Thermocyclops hyalinus)、爪哇小剑水蚤(Microcyclops javanus)。分析了不同样点浮游动物的群落多样性特征。夏季各样点群落组成的相异性最大,春季相异性最小。采用Shannon-Weaver指数(H')和Pielou均匀度指数(J)评价水质,生物多样性指数最高的站点是7#,最低的是8#,水质的综合评价结果均为中度污染。
We studied the community structure and diversity of zooplankton in Sha Lake, Ningxia Province, in April, July and September 2014. We identified 31 zooplankton species totally, among which 13 Rotifera as predominant species accounting for 42%, 8 Copepoda accounting for 26%, 7 species of protozoan, and 3 species of protozoon. The Cladocera was the most dominant species including Cyclops strenuuss, Mesocyclops leuckarti, Nauplii, Thermocyclops hyalinus and Microcyclops ja- vanus after three surveys. We analyzed the diversity of zooplankton at different sampling sites. The dissimilarities of commu- nity composition were the highest in winter and the lowest in spring. We used Shannon-Weiner index and Pielou index to eval- uate the water quality, the highest biodiversity index was 7#, and the lowest was 8# among the sampling sites, and the com- prehensive evaluation of water quality was moderate polluted.
