雌激素及其受体与椎间盘退变相关性的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 椎间盘退变相关性疾病是威胁中老年人健康的常见疾病之一。雌激素水平的改变与椎间盘退变存在密切的联系,雌激素受体α和β在椎间盘软骨终板、髓核细胞、纤维环细胞中均有表达且含量不一。绝经后女性雌激素水平下降,其椎间盘退变的发生率和程度远高于同龄男性,并且主要发生于绝经后的前15年。雌激素受体在椎间盘的表达与性别和退变程度相关。雌激素替代疗法能在一定程度上维持椎间盘高度、防止椎间盘退变。本文对目前雌激素及其受体与椎间盘退变之间的相关性进行了探讨。 Disc degeneration- related diseases is one of the common diseases that is threatening the health of the elderly. Estrogen level change has close connections with the disc degeneration. ERαand ERβ are expressed in cartilaginous endplate cells,nucleus pulposus cells,annulus fibrosis cells and the content varies. In postmenopausal women,the incidence and degree of disc degeneration is much higher than those of men,and mainly occurs in the first 15 years after menopause. Gender and degeneration degree- related variations of ERαand ERβ expression are observed in the nucleus pulposus. Estrogen replacement therapy can maintain intervertebral disc height to some extent,and prevent disc degeneration. Current research of the relationship between estrogen and disc degeneration is reported and discussed in this paper.
