广东省引水式梯级小水电生态环境效应评价 被引量:4

摘要 客观准确地评价小水电项目的生态环境效应,可为管理部门决策提供参考。通过调查广东省山区小金河引水式梯级开发小水电发现,小水电开发对河流水质、水温与底栖动物群落的影响较小,但植物多样性轻微下降,河道部分断流或缺水严重影响鱼类的栖息与洄游。在此调查基础上,采用模糊评判法评价生态环境效应,并结合"1-9"比率标度法构造判断矩阵,再借助AHP法计算评价指标权重。结果表明,小水电的生态环境效应达到Ⅱ级,客观反映了小水电对周边生态环境的影响,可为其他类似项目提供参考。 The ecological environment effect of small hydropower should be evaluated objectively and accurately,which can provide a reference for decision-making of administration section.Through the survey of diversion type cascade development of small hydropower in the mountain areas of Xiaojinhe River in Guangdong Province,it finds out that the small hydropower development has little impact on water quality,water temperature and benthic fauna community,but plant diversity is slightly worse,while rivers cut-off and lack of water seriously affect fish habitat and migratory.Based on this survey,fuzzy evaluation method is used to evaluate the ecological environment effects.The judgment matrix is constructed by use of"1-9"ratio scale method.And then the AHP method is adopted to calculate the index weight.The results show that the ecological environment effects of small hydropower should reach the grade level II,and the investigation rank objectively reflects the impact of small hydropower on the surrounding ecological environment.It can provide a reference for other similar projects.
