摘要
针对Kamalapur雨水泵站进水流道可能出现的流态问题,采用1∶6几何比尺建立了正态整体物理模型,通过典型工况下的物理模型试验,分析了流道不同断面、前池段、泵室段和喇叭口处的水流流态、流速分布及沿程水位变化。结果表明,流道各部位设计与布置较为合理,运行中未出现明显的不利流态,但低水位运行会影响流态。该物理模型测试方法合理、可行,可为类似泵站的设计测试提供参考。
Aiming at the flow regime problem of inlet passage in Kamalapur rainwater pumping station,1∶6geometric scale is used to establish the normal integrated physical model.Through the physical model tests under the typical working conditions,this paper analyzes the flow regime,the velocity distribution and water level variation at the different sections,forebay section,pump chamber section and bell mouth.The results show that the designing and layout of components in the flow channel is reasonable;it is no obvious adverse flow regime in operation,but the running in low water level will affect the flow regime.The physical model test method is reasonable and feasible.So,it can provide reference for the design and test of similar pumping station.
