摘要
随着中国经济技术的发展和走出去战略的实施,我国承建了越来越多的国外水电工程,由于语言和设计标准等方面的差别,大部分国内设计人员尚不能熟练运用国外各类规范,在一定程度上阻碍了海外市场的拓展。以国外某坝下排水箱涵为例,采用大型有限元程序ARSA,依据法国规范,对坝下排水箱涵进行了结构计算,并根据内力结果进行了配筋设计。计算结果表明,在各种荷载作用下,箱涵主要以受压为主,最大内力一般发生在箱涵的底部,箱涵结构按构造配筋即可满足要求。可见ARSA软件能够快捷简便地按照法国规范进行结构计算和配筋。
China has been constructing increasing number of overseas hydropower projects following its economic and technological development and "going out" strategy. However, most of Chinese engineers have not gained proficiency in foreign standards due to the difference in standards and languages, which impedes overseas business development. This paper presents the case of a drainage culvert under dam of a foreign project, in which infinite element program ARSA was applied for structural calculation of the culvert and reinforcement design was conducted based on the calculated internal force conforming to French standard. As suggested by the results, the culvert is mainly under pressure given various act ing loads and the maximum internal force is generally at the bottom of the culvert. Therefore, the constructional reinforcement can meet the requirements of the culvert structure. ARSA provides a quick and simple way for structural calculation and reinforcement design conforming to French standards.
