摘要
现有水轮机尾水管的设计方法往往造成机组运行中的众多水力问题,为得到流态良好的尾水管,基于某电站机组设计实例,采取"模型构建—数值模拟—试验论证"的模式,利用分区域造型法构建了尾水管的三维流场模型,并在额定工况下进行CFD流场数值计算和水动力学模型试验。通过对比仿真和试验结果可知,二者的偏差在合理范围内。可见数值计算的参数设置基本符合实际运行条件,仿真结果的精度较高,流场性能良好。这为今后进一步探索尾水管的流场运动规律,奠定了基础。
The draft tube designed by tbe current method may cause various hydraulic problems for water turbine operation. For obtaining the draft tube with better flow pattern, taking a certain Francis turbine as research object, the mode of "Modeling-Simulation Testing" is adopted. Three-dimensional flow field model of draft tube is established by u sing subsection modeling method. CFD simulation of flow field and hydrodynamic model test are carried out at the rated operating condition. With the data comparison of simulation and test, the deviation is in the reasonable range. So we can get a conclusion that simulation resuh was consistent with actual operation of water turbine and it has high simulation precision and good performance, which laies a foundation for further research on the field flow rule of draft tube.
