摘要
针对现有的变压器故障诊断系统普遍存在知识固化的问题,提出了一种基于Drools的变压器故障诊断专家系统。首先,利用Drools框架搭建变压器故障诊断专家系统的架构,实现规则文件与逻辑文件的分离;然后,结合真实案例与权威专家的经验,从过热、放电、绝缘和绕组变形四大类故障入手,确定故障模式。选取机械性能、电气性能和热性能三个方面中最能反映变压器状态变化的特征量,并与故障模式相关联,构建专家规则库;最后,使用Java代码编写Drools专家系统,利用规则库实现变压器的故障诊断。实践证明,系统具有较快的反应能力和准确的诊断能力,具备较好的工程推广价值。
Aiming at the knowledge curing of the transformer fault diagnosis system at present, this paper presents a transformer fault diagnosis expert system based on Drools. Firstly, the Drools's framework is used to build the trans former fault diagnosis expert system for achieving the separation of the rule files and the logical files. Secondly, combined the actual cases with experience of authority experts, the failure mode is determined from the aspects of overheating fault, discharge failures, insulation failure and winding deformation fault. Extracting the characteristics from the mechanical properties, electrical properties and thermal performance of the transformer and relating to the failure mode, the rule ta ble of knowledge is established. Finally, Java code is adopted to realize expert system based Drools. Combined with the rule base, it achieves the transformer fault diagnosis expert system. Practice proves that the system has the ability to respond faster and diagnostic accuracy, which has good engineering value.
