摘要
经济负荷分配是提高电力系统经济运行、减少发电成本的关键问题,针对现行优化电力系统经济负荷分配方法存在的不足,在传统人工鱼群算法基础上,引入了动态变量(可变感知距离、变尺度移动步长和随机移动的概率)和t分布概率算子,提出了一种改进的人工鱼群算法对机组有功出力进行合理分配,并利用该方法对某地3机系统进行多时段仿真。结果表明,该算法不仅优化了多台机组负荷的最优分配,且能更快更准地获取全局最优解,具有较高的使用价值。
Economic load dispatch (ELD) is critical to improve the operating efficiency of electric power system and reduce the cost of generating electricity. Aiming at the shortcomings of current optimization approaches for ELD, this pa per presents an improved artificial fish swarm algorithm (IAFSA) to reasonably allocate the active power of units based on the classic AFSA, which adds dynamic variables (changeable view distance, varying forward step and random walk probability) and the probabilistic operator of t distribution. After a multi-period simulation in a 3-unit system, the results show that the proposed algorithm not only optimizes the load dispatch of multiple units, but also obtains the global opti- mal solution more quickly and accurately and it is of highly practical value for ELD in power systems.
