Quantitative Analysis of Coupling Coordination in Military and Civilian Integration Logistics System

针对军事物流系统与民用物流系统融合发展的量化问题,通过阐述军民融合式物流系统的概念、内涵及其价值维度,分析军事物流系统和民用物流系统的耦合内容,结合功效函数和协调度函数明确耦合协调度的等级,推导模糊综合评价模型,用加权平均法确定军民融合式物流系统耦合协调的优、良、中、差4个评价等级,为军民融合式物流系统评价指标体系的建立提供参考和量化依据.

To deal with the quantitative problem in the integrative development of military logistics system and the civil logistics system, it expounds the concept, connotation and value dimension of military and civilian integration logistics system, and it analyzes the coupling content of the military logistics system and the civil logistics system;then it explicits the ranks of coupling coordination degree via the power function and the coordination degree function; at last, it determines 4 evaluation grades（excellent, good, medium, poor） of the military and civilian integration logistics system, reference for the establishment of evaluation index for military and civilian integration logistics system and the quantization.
