关于高校思想政治教育实践基地体系构建顶层设计的思考

高校思想政治教育实践基地体系是保障高校思想政治教育质量的重要载体,要在高校发展战略中引入顶层设计理念,对思想政治教育实践基地体系的构建做出全局性部署.一方面可以充分利用校内外自有与他有的各种资源,将实践基地体系的效能发挥到最大化;另一方面,利用统一部署的优势,组织、协调基地体系构建所涉及各部门之间的高效联系与沟通,完善基地体系构建的任务.高校思想政治教育实践基地体系的顶层设计应理清如下几点:一是顶层设计的概念与核心理念;二是采用顶层设计的必要性;三是基地体系构建的原则;四是实施步骤;五是构建方式方法和手段;六是构建的类型.

Top-level design is necessary for constructing its ideological and political education practice base system to make global deployment in a university development strategy.
