襄阳市地质灾害现状与防治策略

Status and Control Strategy for Geological Hazard in Xiangyang

襄阳市自然地理环境与地质灾害的现状是类型较全,数量较多.通过对襄阳市地质灾害类型和各市(区、县)灾害数量与占比的统计,提出了襄阳市地质灾害的防治对策,认为从法规完善、政府监管、公众意识提高、动态监测、环境保护、灾害信息系统建立、科学研究、应急预案编制、气象水文预报以及多方筹措经费等方面展开是防治地质灾害的有效途径,以期为襄阳市地质灾害防治与管理提供科学依据.

Compared to the other counties, the number and the rate of geological hazards in Xiangyang City are studied. It presents some control strategies： perfection of laws and regulations, government regulation, raising of residents’ consciousness, dynamic monitoring, environmental protection, disaster information system establishment, scientific research, emergency plan establishment, hydrological forecasting, collecting fund in many ways, etc.
