住宅小区雨水花园的设计与计算——以南昌市某项目为例 被引量:2

摘要 雨水花园可有效地控制径流污染、削减径流流量和峰值流量,是低影响开发技术体系中的重要措施。文中以南昌市某住宅小区雨水花园为例,从雨量径流系数、设计控制雨量、雨水花园面积等方面探讨其设计要点,通过计算住宅小区屋面雨水收集处理后满足绿化用水、景观水体补水及部分道路浇洒用水;设计的雨水花园可有效削减城市雨洪径流;雨水处理系统及调蓄系统水量大于设计雨水设施规模,年径流总量控制率达到70%以上,符合《绿色建筑评价标准》(GB/T 50378-2014)场地生态设计要求,可为类似地区工程设计提供参考。
