单核细胞在动脉粥样硬化发病中的作用 被引量:1

摘要 动脉粥样硬化(atherosclerosis,AS)是严重危害人类健康的疾病之一,是缺血性心脑血管疾病的病理生理基础。AS发病最初从受累动脉病变内膜开始,出现脂质和复合糖类积聚、出血及血栓形成、纤维组织增生、钙质沉着,并有动脉中层的逐渐蜕变和钙化,病变常累及大、中动脉,最终导致局灶性动脉阻塞,相应组织器官缺血、坏死。
