摘要
针对插电式混合动力汽车动力系统双离合器的结构特点,对纯电动工作模式切换到发动机单独驱动模式的过程进行力学特性研究。在Matlab/Simulink平台建立动力学仿真模型,以变速器速比、目标结合转速、发动机启动特性为变量着重分析离合器的接合特性以及冲击度,通过调节发动机在不同初始工况下的启动特性优化插电式混合动力汽车工作模式切换的平顺度。结果表明,提出的发动机启动特性能够有效提高工作模式切换的平顺度,降低离合器的冲击度。
Focusing on the structural characteristic of the double clutch power system for plug-in hybrid vehicles, the paper studied the mechanical properties in the process of switching from pure electric to pure engine mode. Meanwhile, a simulation model was established on the platform of Matlab/Simulink, with the CVT ratio, target engagement rotation speed and engine start characteristics as variables, to analyze the impact and characteristics during clutch engagement. For different initial states, by adjusting the engine start characteristics, the smoothness of mode switching can be improved and the impact during engagement can be reduced.
