摘要
漏磁检测仪广泛应用于常压储罐底板和外管道的漏磁检测中,但在检测时如果仪器通道一致性较差,不同通道的检测结果有时会存在非常明显的差异,而漏磁检测的标准中并没有对仪器通道一致性作出任何规定,且在仪器的性能指标中也不包括通道一致性这一指标。为明晰通道一致性对检测结果的影响,以及找到相关的表征参数来描述通道的一致性,引入漏磁检测标准上规定的两类缺陷试件,对有横槽缺陷的试件进行校验,经过对检测的结果进行分析,得到了描述仪器通道一致性的方法。给漏磁检测设备性能指标的完善提供一些参考,并为检测标准中增加规定漏磁检测仪器的通道一致性能状况提供一定的实践依据。
The magnetic flux leakage testing instrument is widely used to detect the atmosphere tank's floor and outside of pipeline. But when the ins{rument's channel consistency is terrible, the results are difference. Now nothing about channel consistency can be found in the standards and no indicators about it appears on the instrument itself. In order to find the relationship of the result and channel consistency, an experiment is done by two types of MFL instrument operating on the standard specimen. According to the analysis on the results, a way to evaluate the channel consistency about the signal deviation and the rate of linear deviation was found. When the signal and the rate of linear deviation are small, the channel consistency is well. Lastly the research can provide reference {or supplement to the instrument's performance parameter and the addition of MFL detecting standard.
