天晴甘平对白血病荷瘤鼠化疗后肝损伤的保护作用研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究天晴甘平对白血病荷瘤鼠化疗后肝损伤的保护作用。方法:选择C57小鼠作为研究对象,建立白血病荷瘤鼠模型,化疗组和治疗组均给予环磷酰胺化疗,治疗组给予天晴甘平治疗。检测血清中肝酶含量以及肝脏组织中凋亡细胞比例、氧化应激反应产物的含量。结果:化疗组小鼠血清中ALT、AST、α-GST、GLDH含量高于对照组(均P<0.05),肝脏组织中凋亡细胞比例以及MDA、AOPP、8-OhdG含量高于对照组(均P<0.05);治疗组小鼠血清中ALT、AST、α-GST、GLDH含量低于化疗组(均P<0.05),肝脏组织中凋亡细胞比例以及MDA、AOPP、8-OhdG含量低于化疗组(均P<0.05)。结论:天晴甘平对白血病荷瘤鼠化疗后肝损伤具有保护作用,发挥保护作用的机制可能是减轻氧化应激反应、抑制肝细胞凋亡。 Objective: To study the protective effects of diammonium glycyrrhizinate enteric-coated capsule on hepatic injury of leukemia tumor-bearing mice after chemotherapy. Methods: C57 mice were selected to establish leukemia tumor-bearing mouse models. Both chemotherapy group and treatment group received cyclophosphamide chemotherapy, but treatment group received m diammonium glycyrrhizinate enteric-coated capsule treatment. Then liver enzyme contents in serum as well as percentage of apoptosis cells and oxidative stress product contents in liver tissue were detected. Results: Serum ALT, AST, α- GST and GLDH contents of chemotherapy group were higher than those of control group, and percentage of apoptosis cells as well as MDA, AOPP and 8-OhdG contents in liver tissue were higher than those of control group; serum ALT, AST, α-GST and GLDH contents of treatment group were lower than those of chemotherapy group, and percentage of apoptosis cells as well as MDA, AOPP and 8-OhdG contents in liver tissue were lower than those of chemotherapy group. Conclusion: Diammonium glycyrrhizinate enteric-coated capsule has protective effects on hepatic injury of leukemia tumor-bearing mice after ehemotherapy, probably through reducing the oxidative stress and inhibiting hepatocyte apoptosis.
