VEGF、IL-6、IL-8在子宫内膜异位症患者血清和腹腔液的表达及意义

Expression of VEGF,IL-6,IL-8 in serum and peritoneal fluid of patients with endometriosis

目的：探讨血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）、白介素-6（IL-6）、白介素-8（IL-8）在子宫内膜异位症（EMT）患者血清和腹腔液中的表达及临床意义。方法：选取本院经腹腔镜术后病理确诊为EMT患者为观察组,另选取同期卵巢良性肿瘤患者及健康体检者作为对照组进行相关分析,比较三组受试者血清和腹腔液中VEGF、IL-6、IL-8水平。结果：观察组血清VEGF、IL-6、IL-8水平明显高于疾病对照组与正常对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,而疾病对照组与正常对照组比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;观察组腹腔液中VEGF、IL-6、IL-8水平明显高于疾病对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;随着EMT分期的增加,血清和腹腔液中VEGF、IL-6、IL-8水平也相应升高,EMTⅢ-Ⅳ期血清和腹腔液中VEGF、IL-6、IL-8水平明显高于Ⅰ-Ⅱ期,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：EMT患者血清和腹腔液中VEGF、IL-6、IL-8水平存在明显的高表达性,随病情的进展,VEGF、IL-6、IL-8的表达呈增强趋势,临床检测EMT患者血清和腹腔液中VEGF、IL-6、IL-8的水平变化可以监测EMT病情的发展。

Objective： To explore the expression of VEGF, IL-6, and IL-8 in serum and peritoneal fluid of patients with endometriosis （EMT）. Methods： EMT patients who were pathologically diagnosed after laparoscopy from February, 2014 to February, 2015 were included in the study and served as the observation group. Moreover, patients with benign ovarian tumor and healthy women who came for physical examination at the same period were selected and served as the disease control group and normal control group, respectively for correlation analysis. The levels of VEGF, IL-6, and IL-8 in serum and peritoneal fluid of subjects in the three groups were compared. Results： The levels of serum VEGF, IL-6, and IL-8 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the disease control group and the normal control group （P〈0.05）, while the difference between the disease control group and the normal control group was not statistically significant （P〉0.05）. The levels of VEGF, IL-6, and IL-8 in peritoneal fluid in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the disease control group （P〈0.05）. With the increasing of EMT staging, the levels of VEGF, IL-6, and IL-8 in serum and peritoneal fluid were correspondingly elevated. The levels of VEGF, IL-6, and IL-8 in serum and peritoneal fluid at stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ were signifi- cantly higher than those at stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ （P〈0.05）. Conclusions： VEGF, IL-6, and IL-8 are highly expressed in serum and peri- toneal fluid of patients with EMT. With the progression of the disease, the expression of VEGF, IL-6, and IL-8 shows an in- creasing trend. Clinical detection of the changes of VEGF, IL-6, and IL-8 levels in serum and peritoneal fluid can monitor the progression of EMT condition.
