重庆市居民慢性呼吸系统疾病患病现状及影响因素分析

Analysis on prevalence of chronic respiratory diseases and its influencing factors among residents in Chongqing city

目的了解重庆市居民慢性呼吸系统疾病患病现状及影响因素,为卫生行政部门制订卫生政策提供理论依据。方法采用分层整群抽样方法对重庆市40个区县5 561名居民进行问卷调查,并应用logistic回归模型,对慢性呼吸系统疾病影响因素进行分析。结果实际调查居民5 561名,患慢性呼吸系统疾病196例,患病率为3.52%,其中男90例(3.30%),女106例(3.74%)。位居前3位的疾病依次是慢性支气管炎、慢性咽炎、慢性肺炎。影响慢性呼吸系统疾病的主要因素为城镇化分区、吸烟、饮酒、体育锻炼(OR=1.20、1.18、1.41、1.72,P=0.033、0.018、0.030、0.000)。结论重庆市居民慢性呼吸系统疾病患病率较高,应加强社区健康教育,采取干预措施,提高居民的健康水平。

Objective To understand the prevalence of chronic respiratory diseases and related risk factors among residents in Chongqing city to provide the theoretical basis for the health administration departments formulating the health policy.Methods A total of 5 561 residents in 40 districts and counties of Chongqing city were performed the questionnaire survey by adopting the stratified cluster sampling method and the Logistic regression model was applied to analyze the influencing factors of chronic respiratory diseases. Results 5 561 residents were practically investigated. 196 cases had chronic respiratory diseases with the prevalence rate of 3.52%,among them,90 cases（3.30%） were male and 106 cases（3.74%） were female. The top 3 of diseases were in turn chronic bronchitis,chronic pharyngitis and chronic pneumonia. The main factors influencing chronic respiratory diseases were the high urbanization districts,smoking,drinking and participating in physical exercise（OR=1.20、1.18、1.41、1.72,P =0.033、0.018、0.030、0.000）. Conclusion The prevalence rate of chronic respiratory diseases among residents in Chongqing city is higher. It is necessary to strengthen the community health education and adopt the interventional measures for increasing the health level of residents.
