摘要
应用石蜡切片技术和HE染色方法观察刺猬食管的显微结构特征,经甲苯胺蓝染色法鉴定食管肥大细胞的分布特点。结果显示:刺猬食管壁的黏膜有许多纵行皱褶,表面被覆复层上皮,浅层细胞角化,厚度为142.109 0μm。黏膜下层组织发达,含有丰富的食管腺和导管,厚度达327.390 6μm。肌层厚度为440.842 8μm,可分为内层环形肌和外层纵形肌。在固有层、黏膜肌层、黏膜下层、肌层和外膜中均有肥大细胞分布,形态多样。结果表明:刺猬食管壁延展性较强,组织结构与其消化机能、食性特点具有一致性,大量的肥大细胞分布可为刺猬食管的黏膜提供一道有效的免疫屏障。
The objective this study was to not only observe the microstructure of hedgehog esopha- gus by using paraffin section technology and HE staining, but also indentify distribution of mast cells in the esophagus by using toludine blue staining. These results show that the mucosa of the hedgehog esophageal wall has lots of longitudinal folds and is covered by stratified epithelium with keratinized squamous superficial cells. The thickness of mucosa is 142. 109 0μm. The submucosa is well developed, which has a variety of esophageal glands and ducts, and its thickness is up to 327. 390 6 /μm. The muscular layer with 440. 842 8 μm thick consists of the internal circular and external longitudinal layer. Mast cells with many various shapes were observed in lamina propria, lamina lamina muscularis, submucosa and adventitia. These results indicate that hedgehog esopha- geal wall is full of ductility. Histological structures are coincident with its digestive function and food habit feature. A large number of mast cells can provide the effective immune barrier for e- sophageal mucosa of hedgehog.
