摘要
动物临床上,在胸腔、肺脏手术后常由于胸膜的修复不良而出现相关并发症。富含血小板纤维蛋白(PRF)技术是一种新型的简单、低廉的技术,已经证明对许多软、硬组织有很好的促进修复作用。本研究旨在将PRF技术应用到胸膜组织修复上,通过制造临床模型及组织学分析,评价PRF对胸膜的修复作用;同时通过组织学上的测量来评价PRF促胸膜纤维化的副作用。结果表明,PRF对胸膜有修复作用,但同时也有促胸膜纤维化副作用。
In animal clinic, some complication due to incomplete repaired pleura would be happened after pleura and lung surgery. Platelet rich fibrin(PRF) technology is new, simple and cheap, which has been proven with wonderful recovery effect for many soft and hard tissues. This study aims at proving the recovery effect of pleura tissue by PRF. We made the clinical model and ana- lyzed the effect of PRF through histological evaluation. At the same time, we analyzed the side effect of PRF through histological measurement. The result showed that PRF has the effect in pleura recovery,while PRF has side effect on promoting the fibrosis of pleura.
