摘要
绩效是提升企业竞争力的有效手段,但在企业中经常出现指标选取难、考核执行难等现象。因此,本文以冬瓜山铜矿为例,从"组织绩效、中层管理人员绩效、其他员工绩效"三个角度分别阐述了指标的制定、考核、薪酬计算等。
Performance is an effective means to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, but there are some phenomena in the enterprise, such as, difficult selection of indicators, difficult implementation of assessment, etc. Therefore, this paper takes Dongguashan Copper Mine as an example, and respectively expounds the development, performance and salary calculation of target from three angles, "organizational performance, middle management personnel performance and other employee performance".
