With the rapid development of China＇s economy, social life sectors are showing booming trend, in which the building industry is one of the rapidly growing industries, and its construction process and construction achievements has played an indispensable role in the social development and meeting the people＇s increasing standard of living. With the continuous development and innovation of building technologies, new materials, new processes and new structures have been widely applied to construction projects, and effectively improve the construction quality and reduce the cost of the project. However, as the increasingly intense market competition, in order to gain a competitive advantage in the fierce market competition, construction-related enterprises need to do well the cost management plan, thus effectively reducing construction costs and creating conditions for the survival and development of enterprises and providing a broader profit margins. This paper focuses on the relationship between the construction program and construction cost of construction engineering, so that the relevant enterprises can fully realize that the scientific and reasonable construction scheme can effectively reduce the cost of the project, and they can reduce engineering costs by effective use of the construction program in future construction projects.
