摘要
我国乳品企业经历几次重要危机事件后,发展遭受了重创。文章通过分析我国乳品企业发展陷入困境的原因,认为应该以创造共享价值思想革新中国乳品企业经营理念,重树国产奶品形象,引导乳品企业走出困境。为此,文章结合价值链模型探究了企业创造共享价值的基本路径,给出了一个我国乳品企业创造共享价值路径模型。
Chinese dairy companies' development has been severely undermined after several serious crises. The paper argues that Chinese dairy companies' business concepts can be innovated into creating shared value to remold the image of domestic milk and get out of trouble through analysis of the reasons why Chinese dairy companies are in trouble. Therefore,the paper explores how Chinese dairy companies create shared value in a value chain model, and then gives a model of creating shared value paths.
