摘要
上海汽轮机有限责任公司引进美国西屋公司300MW技术设计、生产的亚临界一次中间再热、反动凝汽式汽轮机,其早期型号的设计水平基本上属于上世纪90年代初。汽轮机高压缸效率低,热耗偏高,机组出力降低,这其中调节级效率低是重要的原因之一。采用较先进的技术对调节级喷嘴组进行改造,可以显著提高调节级效率,增加机组出力。
Shanghai Turbine Co., Ltd. introduced the subcritical reheat, reactionary condensing steam turbine designed and manufactured with American Westinghouse 300MW technology. Its design level of the earlier version is basically in the early 1990 s. Steam turbine high pressure cylinder efficiency is low with higher heat consumption, reducing the output of generating unit. The efficiency of governing stage low is one of the important reasons. Using more advanced technology to adjust the level of the nozzle set, can significantly improve the efficiency of governing stage, and increase the output of the unit.
