探索人才培养模式的研究是高职院校培养高技能人才的重要环节,在省级示范高职院校建设的过程中学校对软件技术专业进行了"校企共融、课程嵌入"的培养模式进行了探索和实践,利用校企合作的平台,进行订单式的培养,并开展"企业流程引导、全真项目嵌入、四层阶梯"教学流程,最终,取得良好的成绩。

The research of exploring the talent cultivation mode is the important link of cultivating the high-skilled talents in higher vocational colleges. In the construction process of provincial demonstrative higher vocational colleges, the colleges explore and practice the training mode of ＂school-enterprise fusion, curriculum embedded＂. The cultivation of the ordering is carried out by the university-enterprise cooperation platform. The teaching process of ＂enterprise process guidance, practical projeet elnbedded, four stairs＂ is developed and the good grades are gotten.
