后工业时代城市既有工业空间保护的研究

On the Protection of Urban Existing Industrial Space in Post-industrial Age

在城市发展、扩张的过程中,曾经见证着城市发展变革的工业空间,从经济发展的重要支柱,逐渐退出历史舞台,并变成了今日城市旧城区的一部分。产业模式的改变使得城市中工业空间和其原有的工业功能没能跟上城市发展的快速步伐,大量的工厂和其标志性的巨大工业构筑物被闲置或废弃。在这种背景之下,"重建"、"再生"与"循环利用"等成为人们对工业遗产改造的基本策略和时代主题。

In the process of urban development and expansion, the industrial space which witnessed the urban development and changes has gradually withdrawn from the historical stage. It was the important pillar of economic development in the past, but now, it becomes a part of old town in the urban. The changes of industry pattern make the industrial space and its original industrial function fall behind the fast pace of urban development, a large number of factories and its iconic huge industrial structures are idle or abandoned. In this context, ＂reconstruction＂, ＂renewable＂ and ＂recycling＂ become the basic strategy of industrial heritage transformation and the era themes.
