农村土地承包经营权确权登记管理系统的设计与实现

Design and Implementation of Registration of the Right to Rural Land Contractual Management

中国先后出台了一系列法规和政策来督促农村土地承包经营权确权登记颁证工作的开展。结合我国的基本国情,单纯的依靠人工难以完成该项工作。针对该实际需求,文章以国家相关规范为依据,利用Arc GIS Engine二次开发接口和关系数据库管理技术,采用模块化编程手段,设计并实现了一套农村土地承包经营权确权登记管理系统。经过实际测试,该系统成功管理和输出了贵州省某县某个村级试点的数据。

China has issued a series of regulations and policies to supervise and urge the registration of the right to rural land contractual management. According to China’s basic national conditions, it is difficult to complete the work by manual. Therefore, based on relevant national standard, we have designed a system about registration of the right to rural land contractual management. We implement the system on the basis of ArcGIS Engine secondary development interface and relational database management technology. Besides, the modular programming method is adopted. Through the actual test, the system successfully manages and outputs some actual data for a pilot in Guizhou.
