本文结合具体工程实例,从业主方的角度利用建设工程的"三控三管一协调"(质量控制、成本控制、进度控制、安全管理、合同管理、信息管理、组织与协调)理论,从而大大提高了建设工程的质量,降低了工程项目的成本,缩短了工程建设的工期,杜绝了安全事故的发生,有效地实现了建设工程项目的预期目标。
