住院医师规范化培训是毕业后医学教育的重要组成部分,同时也是深化医改和临床医学教育改革的重大举措,关系到医疗队伍的发展和医疗人才的成长。现如今,虽然我国住院医师规范化培训在培训制度的完善、师资状况以及财政制度的政策保障等方面已取得了突破性的进展,但地区之间发展不平衡,配套政策尤欠完善,缺少激励机制,参训人员积极性不高、流失较大导致了培训质量和效果参差不齐,因此如何对整个医疗队伍进行质量监控成为了新一轮我们需要解决的问题。文章通过对国内外住院医师规范化培训如何进行质量监控的相关资料的整理分析,进而总结出提高我国住院医师规范化培训质量监控的主要方式。

The standardized training of residents is an important part of medical education after graduation, which is also a significant move for deepening the reform of health care and clinical medical education. It is related to the development of the medical team and the growth of the medical talents. Nowadays, there is an breakthrough progress on improving standardized training, teachers situation, system of fiscal policy safeguard and so on, but the unbalanced development among different regions, severe inadequacy on supporting policies , lack of incentive mechanism, low trainees’enthusiasm and loss of trainees, all of elements led to the training quality and effect appear unevenly. So, how to carry on the quality control of the entire medical team has become the problem that we need to solve during the new revolution. This article depends on the analysis of datum that how to carry out the related quality control of domestic and foreign resident standardization training to further sum up the main methods for improving the quality control of resident standardization training.
