摘要
介绍了涂装生产过程中电泳流痕对涂装品质的影响。对目前主要采用的控制方法做了总结与分类,提出了更为直观的拆解分析法,并以生产实际中的案例进行说明,为电泳流痕改善提供了更多可能性。
To begin with, the impact of electrophoretic flow mark on painting quality in the painting production process was introduced. Next, the control methods now mainly used were summarized and classified and more visual decomposition analysis was put forward. Finally, the cases in practical production were illustrated, thereby offering more possibility to improve the electrophoretic flow mark.
