摘要
主要分析了导致裙边胶机器人出现雾胶、剪切效果差的主要原因,通过对问题点的分析得出解决方案,通过改善剪胶桶的长度、直径、刮胶板的尺寸、喷涂压力及机器人喷涂姿态,解决了裙边胶雾胶、剪切效果不平齐问题。
The main reasons leading to fog glue and poor shearing effect of skirt glue robot were analyzed and solutions were obtained by analyzing the problems. Therefore, the fog glue phenomenon and inferior shearing effect were solved by improving the length and diameter of cut glue barrels, size of scraping rubber sheet, coating pressure and posture of robot coating.
