摘要
以不同羟值水性丙烯酸树脂为主要成膜物质,添加助剂、颜料、消光剂、水,按照水性涂料生产工艺进行研制,制得水性聚氨酯亚光面漆的A组分;以亲水/亲油复合型水性聚异氰酸酯、助溶剂为B组分(固化剂),施工时用水作稀释剂制成水性聚氨酯亚光面漆。通过在南非22E司机室零部件上的应用研究,探讨了水性聚氨酯亚光面漆应用于轨道车辆车内及其配件涂装的可行性。
Firstly, the component A of dumb smooth coating based on WPUs was prepared by using waterborne acrylic resin with different hydroxyl value as the main film forming matter and adding auxiliaries, pigment, flatting agent and water according to manufacturing technique of waterborne coating. Secondly, the component B was developed by using hydrophilic/hydrophobic composite waterborne polyisocyanate and cosolvent. Finally, dumb smooth coating based on WPUs was finally obtained using water as the diluents in construction. The feasibility of dumb smooth WPUs coating applied in vehicle inner and parts was discussed by the application research of the parts at 22E driver room in South Africa.
