摘要
论述了水性无铬锌铝涂层成膜原理,分析了某轻型卡车制造企业用水性无铬锌铝涂层代替镀锌工艺的可行性,设计建设了水性无铬锌铝涂层生产线,成功地把水性无铬锌铝涂层工艺应用到轻型卡车底盘零部件的生产中,提高了零件防腐蚀质量,实现了清洁生产。
The principle of water-based chromium-free zinc aluminum feasibility of zinc aluminum coating instead of galvanizing technology coating film was was analyzed. The discussed, the water -based chromium-free zinc aluminum coating production line was designed. Successfully applied water-based chromium-free zinc aluminum coating process in the production of light truck chassis parts.
