金属圆锯片广泛用于金属材料、石材的切割,在工业生产中有十分重要的作用。圆锯片淬火是锯片生产的第1步,对锯片质量影响很大。在对1 200级65Mn圆锯片淬火热处理后发现,一次淬火后的圆锯片经压平处理后仍存有一定的瓢曲变形,重新淬火后再次压平瓢曲变形消失。为此根据淬火后65Mn锯片的金相组织和硬度,利用MARC有限元软件对淬火的升温过程进行了研究。结果显示,一次淬火时的升温过程中的最高温度为715.9℃,最低温度为702.2℃,材料并未完全奥氏体化。重新淬火时,由于淬火后的马氏体的奥氏体化速率高于珠光体,使锯片的奥氏体化程度进一步提升,性能得到改善,瓢曲变形消失。
Metal circular saw blade is widely used in the cutting of metal materials and stones, which has a vital position in industries. Quenching is the first step of the production of circular saw blade and has a significant effect on the quality of saw blade. It has been found that the 41200 class 65Mn circular saw blade has a remarkable flexure deformation after quenching and flattening treatment, but this deformation disappears after second quenching and flattening treatment. Based on the microstructure and hardness of the quenched 65Mn saw blade and by use of the MARC simulation software, the heating process of first quenching treatment was studied. It was found that after the first heating process in which the temperature ranges between 715.9 ℃and 702.2℃ the saw blade was not fully austenitized. In the second heating process, since the austenitizing rate of martensite exceed the lamellar pearlite, the austenitizing degree and the relevant properties of the saw blade were improved, and thus the flexure deformation disappeared.
