摘要
目的观察社区护理与治疗对糖尿病血糖控制的影响。方法随机抽取某社区已建立档案的糖尿病患者100例作为本次研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组不做任何护理与治疗干预,但跟踪随访;观察组强化社区护理与治疗,如饮食治疗、用药指导、运动疗法、心理护理、健康知识宣传等。对比两组患者的血糖控制效果。结果观察组在接受社区护理与治疗后,血糖控制与对照组有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论社区护理与治疗能够延缓糖尿病疾病进程,改善患者的生活质量,对于糖尿病血糖病情控制有着积极的重要作用。
Objective To observe the effect of community nursing and treatment on glycemic control . Methods Random 100 patients sample of a community has set up files of diabetes and acted as the research object which were randomly divided into two groups ,50 cases in the control group and 50 cases in the observation group .50 cases of the control group ,without any care and treatment intervention ,but follow-up;the observation group strengthen community care and treatment ,such as diet therapy ,medication,exercise therapy ,psychologi-cal nursing , health knowledge propaganda .The effect of blood glucose control were compared between two groups .Results The observation group compared with the control group after received community nursing and treatment,blood glucose control were significantly different ,and statistically significance difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Dommunity nursing and treatment has a positive and important role for control blood sugar of diabetes,it can delay the progress of the disease ,improve the life quality of the patients .
