摘要 偏远山区、高海拔地区、海上地区风电场的建设,存在生活条件不便、工作环境恶劣等问题,为风电场生产人员的值守带来很大的困难。提高自动化控制水平、打造“无人值班,少人值守”风电场、建立风电场远程集控中心,是改善生产人员工作环境、降低运营成本的有效手段。无人值守变电站及集控中心的相关技术已经相对比较成熟,但该技术在风力发电场的应用仍处于起步阶段。本文以“无人值班,少人值守”风电场及其远程集控中心为研究对象,首先针对“无人值班,少人值守”风电场的基本特征进行分析,探讨远程集控中心“四遥”信息的内容。提出风电场建设改造中“无人值班,少人值守”风电场及其远程集控中心的自动化系统和通信系统设计思路。 Nowadays, more and more wind farms are located at remote areas, high altitude zone and offshore, where the living environments are harsh. It brings great difficulties for the living of the people on duty. By enhancing the level of automation and realizing the "unattended, fewer people on duty" of wind farms and supervisory and control center, the working environment can be improved definitely and the operating cost can be reduced effectively. Generally, the concept of "unattended, fewer people on duty" and its related technologies are fully developed in the field of substation. However, they are still under-developed in the applications of wind farms. In this paper, the basic characteristics of "unattended, fewer people on duty" wind farms are analyzed, and the contents of "four remote" infonnation are investigated as well. Afterwards, the design ideas of automation system and communication system for "unattended, fewer people on duty" wind farms and supervisory and control center are proposed.
